Huế Post Office !
The main Post Office in each Vietnam town/city that we have visited so far is easy to find because of the adjacent telecommunication tower.

Sadly in need of repair, this wonderful elephant fountain.
Wherever we go; Vietnamese woman are always working, on the move to sell their wares, sweeping the gutters, removing general rubblish, collecting recyclable material, mixing the mortar or operating pulley systems on building sites and sculling small boats on the rivers.
The men seem to spend a more relaxed life in the cafes, drinking beer or coffee.
