A retreat at Ninh Chu Bay.
Ninh Chu Bay, has a beautiful curving beach and located  not far from the city of Phan Rang.  Local people fish from curricles very early, hauling in their nets by 8am.  We also saw wind surfers in the afternoon when the onshore breeze picks up.
Phan Rang is the capital of Ninh Thuan Province, and is off the general tourist route. Its a city mix of old and new, like much we have encountered so far, with wifi,ATMs metered taxis etc.
