Casino capitalism.

We were ‘adopted’ by a Singaporean woman who insisted on taking us up to the roof garden where she had arranged to meet a friend and enjoy breakfast at the restaurant there, overlooking the bay ! The lift was superb, smooth and fast! The height is 198m - scary even for me! There is a private swimming pool spanning the width of the roof deck that is terrifying!
Our new friend said that the lift was open to the public, however there were no signs suggesting this.
At 198m above ground level - a swimming pool for the 1% of course!
