Evening over Katarapko creek in flood
Katarapko creek now in flood, a tributary to the Murray also in flood.We only just made it into the National Park to camp but more more rain was forecast plus swarms of mosquitoes, forcing us to flee after one night!
We are now both covered in mozzie bites despite the applications of Mozzie Magic, Tropical Mozzie repellent, and an amazing crystal clicker to relieve the itch. A long cold shower does work, but only for the duration! Must add that the library's air conditioning is such bliss!
