Old 4 slice toaster that did not work -adapted to toast a single slice - fast! However the toast is too soft more like crumpet texture - lots of butter mmm
New toaster from hardware store! Toast is crisper but takes longer than my experimental version, also gauze flimsy and will not last. I will look for heavier duty gauze replacement.
