Blue grevillea (Grevillea agrifolia) Local name Dilyberreng. Its blue green leaves have tiny hairs that cause an itch or rash. Its seed pods split during ‘the wet season’ if not cracked by black cockatoos.

White-quilled Rock Dove, such a beautiful shy bird !
Boab (Adansonia gregorii) flowered above our roof top tent after a night of heavy rain! Normally these trees produce glorious creamy white blooms during ‘the wet’ (December - March)
The local name for the Boab is Gerdewoon
