Human Rights Day is observed annually on 10th December throughout the world. It was on this day in 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Since its adoption in 1948, the Declaration has been and continues to be a source of inspiration for national and international efforts to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms.

A walk in the park - Middlesbrough




The Kerry Hill breed dates from 1809 now rare but recently becoming popular with smallholders. The wool is a dense quality fleece and excellent for dying pastel shades.

Infinity footbridge spanning the River Tees


We walked across the footbridge for the first time to-day marking a day of action whereby many of us joined with asylum seekers and walked the six miles that the majority have to walk each month in order to 'sign on' at Stockton Police Station because the office in Middlesbrough was closed. We achieved media coverage and a date July 28th for a joint meeting with decision makers to end this inhumane situation.
